Cottages Facilities:
- Laundry
Facilities. Each cottage has it’s own full laundry
with an auto w/machine and tumble dryer plus iron
and ironing board and laundry basket. There is also
a clothes line adjacent the barbeque area.
- Private verandas
overlooking your own cottage garden with bench and
table and chair settings.
- Most accommodation
is ground floor with a step at the back door. (Dove
Cottages has no step)
- A community barbeque
and gazebo adjacent Cherry and Kirby Cottage is
available to all guests.
- As cottages are
fully self catering they are not serviced daily, but
weekly, for longer stays.
- Car parking is
available outside your cottage for at least two
vehicles.
- Ample additional
parking with room for a boat or trailer is available
on the property.
- Continental
breakfast provisions can be ordered from room menus
in all cottages.
- Liquor sales at
reception.
Sherbourne Lodge
Facilities:
- Queen sized
bed, doonas, blankets and additional pillows
provided.
- Quality Tasmanian
Blackwood and Tasmanian Oak fittings.
- Kitchenette and
microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster.
- Iron and Ironing
board.
- Dining suite and
sofa.
- Large remote Stereo
LCD television.
- DVD and video
player.
- Air conditioned with
climate control and separate cooling fan.
- Ensuited (2 with
bath), (1 with spa ), hair dryer, toiletries
including shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser, sewing
kit and shower cap.
- Tea, coffee, hot
chocolate, sweet biscuits along with fresh milk upon
arrival is provided.
- Serviced daily.
- Ground floor suites
(except for Spa Suite).

facilities are available for guest use.
